1 on 1 Habit and ​Nutrition ​Coaching


  • Personalized plan based on current body composition, body comp goals, ​activity level and workout/ work schedule
  • Customized daily macro goals
  • Macros by meal based on customized daily schedule and workout timing
  • Multiple custom meal layouts and examples of how your meals should look ​for each daily schedule option that fulfill each macro goal per meal
  • Goal setting session in initial call: we develop goals inside and outside of the ​gym and develop SMART goals and an overall game plan.
  • Development and weekly feedback on non-nutrition pillars to set you up for ​success: water intake, sleep, stress management, and steps (NEAT).
  • Weekly check in form with body composition and lifestyle metrics.
  • 3-5 minute video feedback weekly on check in
  • Micro goals weekly
  • Multiple diet phases based on response to plan.
  • Ability to make number and macro adjustments based on client’s feedback.
  • Access to coach via text during business hours M-F
  • One 30 minute mindset Zoom calls monthly.
